'While scouting to the north, I witnesses a messenger leave the camp within the Midgewater Pass. He passed eastward along the hills and then south into the Weather Hills. I could follow no further, for foul crebain circled above.

'Once again, I must call upon your aid. The messenger likely carries orders from the Orc-leader to the outlying camps. If you can intercept the messenger, we may learn the nature and origin of the message.

'You will need to search among the camps north of here. I shall continue scouting while you undertake this mission.'

Background:

Candaith, the Ranger who watches the Great East Road through the Lone-lands, returned to his outpost at the foot of Weathertop after witnessing disturbances atop the peak. Upon his arrival he discovered a sizable force of Orcs had moved into a section of the Midgewater Pass.

Objectives:

Objective 1

The Orc-messenger may be found at one of the Orc-camps north of Candaith's encampment.

An Orc messenger made his way from the encampment within the Midgewater Pass to the outlying Orc-camps scattered throughout the northern Weather Hills. Candaith asked you to intercept the Orc-messenger.

Notes:

The messenger hangs out at the camp just NW of Candaith on the hill, not the camp in the valley just north of the one on the hill.
