Legend of a New Republic is a multi-game Guild that has a unique approach that has a common foundation to every Chapter while having unique elements for each.
LNR Eight Founding Principles
Our eight founding principles are honesty, honor, respect, family & community, organization, teamwork, guild first and fun. Our Officer team is comprised of Co-Leaders for each Chapter who have Directors reporting to them to achieve the goals of that Chapter. There is also an Executive Council that the Co-Leaders report to in order to ensure that each Legend Chapter has the same culture and principles.
Honesty, Respect and Honor
By being honest, respectful and honorable in each of our dealings internally with the guild and externally with those outside, we earn respect and trust amongst the members and from others.
Family & Community
We are a family guild and understand that by communicating effectively and openly, we resolve our issues rather than run away from them as well as continually change and adapt to meet the needs of the guild. We recognize that everyone has differences, but try to use and recognize individual strengths, styles and skills. Our Officer team is always available to discuss those and there is even a special forum for anyone to privately discuss any topic directly with the Executive Council. We also encourage sharing new ideas and ways we can improve.
Organization:
By having a formal charter, ranks, tools and more – we spend more time gaming together and being successful in game.
Teamwork
Together Everyone Accomplishes More. By encouraging everyone to work together, we help each other accomplish our personal goals.
Guild First
Recognizing that each Chapter is more successful by using teamwork – we also must ask everyone to put aside their own personal goals and help others accomplish their own goals – or more importantly the goals of the Guild Chapter.

The foundation of Legend creates an environment that anyone, from any background, can jump in and become part of the community and feel welcome.
