Klingon Birdy of Prey:
- High Speed and maneuverabile vessel, but vulnerable to rear attacks. The BoP prefers to take on head attacks, unlike the Tier one Federation vessels, these vessels prefer to stay with head to head shots, rather than cycling through arcs, primarily due to their frontal disruptor and torpedo, as well as turret system for 360 and rear defense. taying to the rear and the lower flanks of this vessel allows for my opportunity with less vulnerability to defensive fire from its turret system.
- Beware of the BoP's high speed and agility, this ship in groups of two or more can compensate for its weak defense with the ability to swarm in groups and make use of waves of attacks, one striking while the other turns for another assault.
Klingon Neg'Var:
- Unlike the BoP, the Neg'Var has a strong defense in terms of its shields, but when these shields are brougt down with phaser fire, the hull of this vessel quickly deteriorates and proves to be a severe vulnerability.
- The NV also lacks the speed and maneuverability of much smaller vessels, making it prone to suffering heavy damage and coping with groups of two or more. The NV is also unable to easily deal with esocrts and other fast vessels at close range, meaning ships with a high weapons arc and quick speed can circle the NV while keeping out of its optimum arc and providing greater defense for the attacker.
- Remember, the NV can easily be taken with speed, maneuverability and proper usage of firing arcs
Klingon Vor'cha:
- The VC provides the best of both worlds in relation to speed and defence, while slower than the BoP and weaker than the NG, the VC is quite capable of balancing these two to provide a formidable opponent. Do not underestimate this vessel or see it as a compromise between the BoP and the NG, the VC is quite fast and defended, it can provide a greater challenge than either vessel and in groups, is deadly to all enemies.
- The VC can be taken with either a fast ship staying a distance to keep moving through the VC's used up firing arcs and you will need to be able to quickly regenerate your shields to compensate for the damage that you will need to suffer to your shields in order to confront such a vessel. If possible,do not approach such a vessel unless you are properly repaired and equiped, otherwise approach with caution and keep this in mind, it is faster than the NG and more well defended than a BoP, a balance of both classes.
Cloak:
- Cloaking does take quite a bit of time, once you are able to force an enemy to decloak, it will not be able to recloak as long as it is under fire, with a few ship exceptions, beware of group usage of cloack, as one vessel can pull away in order to cloak while the others continue the assault, allowing it to also repair its shields while in a cloaked state.
Borg Cube:
- BC require groups in order to confront these vessels at the lower levels, the BC is vulnerable though to high numbers of vessels and science vessels prepared for high shield repairs and regeneration. DO NOT ATTEMPT TO COMBAT A BC ON YOUR OWN, THIS IS NOT AS WEAK AS A SPHERE!
